I have a Canon. I don't like how you have to use the pointer finger to change settings on a Nikon. Although I do like the speed of the Nikon at times.

I honestly can't say I can actually whole-heartedly pick one over the other...my primary rig right now is a Nikon but my next DSLR is gonna be a Cannon. I think it just boils down to preference in features and form.
