Can you afford to buy couture for yourself? Well if you had a little-one would you go out on a limb and buy high priced clothing for your child?
Okay then… if you were rolling in the $$$ would you spend a couple thousand dollars on your young child’s school coat?
Apparently there are enough parents that ARE willing to spend top dollar on their kids wardrobe even when they know that this child can and more than likely will…outgrow or lose those coats, shoes, or cute designer accessories.
How do I know kiddie couture is IN? Because Gucci, Dior, and Ralph Loran are all carrying kiddie couture and it is doing one billion dollars in sales.
These designer clothes are for children under the age of 12.
Adults buy luxury lines to emulate ‘fashion icons’ and children defiantly learn by example.
Although, I will note that adult couture sales are down...but I have to assume that is because the adults are spending all their money on kiddie fashion.
