If you’re a movie buff you may have noticed that Oscar Award winning movies seem to be the inspiration for designers this spring.
If you saw the movie The Help, you might notice this spring’s fashion lines include gloves, hair bows, cat sunglasses, and an abundance of flowers….not to mention Pink Pink, and more Pink.
Then again, if you saw the movie My Week with Marilyn, you may notice that the 50’s sexy body-hugging classic clothes are also popular this spring. If you plan to wear the classic 50’s style, don’t forget to paint your lips red.
How about The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, movie? This movie has inspired biker chic designs and I’m talking about leather jackets, motorcycle helmets and biker boots.
So, the next time you see a movie, pay attention to the movies that are getting a lot of hype…because you may be wearing those fashions soon.
